Services

Nine Visuals provides creative services including AI-assisted advertising assets, product films, campaign visuals, launch assets and creative direction.

Project confirmation

Any project must be confirmed through a written quote, proposal or agreement.

Deliverables, timelines, revisions, usage rights and pricing are defined per project.

AI-assisted production

AI-assisted production may generate variations; exact reproduction of a product, person or scene depends on the quality of references and assets provided.

Source files and raw generations

Source files, prompts, project files and raw generations are not included unless explicitly agreed.

Usage rights and payment

Commercial usage rights apply only to final approved deliverables after full payment.

Revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.

Governing law / jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be handled by the competent French courts, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
